We were saddened to learn of the recent death of Ray Kelly.
Ray, together with his wife Margaret, was a very valued and active member of the Marlowe Players for over thirty years until their retirement in the early 1990's.
Ray was mostly involved in designing and building our sets, but he also ventured into stage-management and was a reassuring but fun presence backstage. He once was even persuaded to perform!
Ray and Margeret remained proud of their involvement with the Marlowes and kept in touch over the years.
We send our sincerest condolences to Margaret and the family, and we know that Ray will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.
