Our July production will be "The Diamond Necklace" by Juliet Bagnall This will take to the stage at Darley Abbey Village Hall from Tuesday 22nd July to Saturday 26th July
Rehearsals start on Monday 28th April, following our Easter Break
A brief description of the play is below:
Charles and Louise Maudesley are horrified to find Louise’s friend, Marjorie, has disappeared.
Marjorie’s husband immediately falls under suspicion. The couple had spotted him at an out of the way hotel with another woman who was wearing a fabulous diamond necklace. George’s explanation for his wife’s disappearance is far from satisfactory.
The Maudesleys feel they have no choice but to take matters into their own hands, very nearly costing them their lives!
“The Diamond Necklace”, written by Juliet Bagnall, is a 1950’s radio thriller for stage presentation very much in the style of the vintage BBC series Paul Temple.
