Browsing your web site, catching up on news of productions etc and remembering my brief spell with Marlowes as 'Jane' in 'One for the Road' - great fun. Wondering how everybody is and would love to hear from you. Been in Hereford a year now and joined Hereford Players straight away. Had a challenging part in Shelagh Stephenson's 'Five kinds of Silence' in March for the Hereford County Drama Festival. Now taking a bit of time out from acting as I had a baby girl (Leanna) in August, a sister for Danny who was four yesturday.

I am contacting you as your company is a founding member of the Derby New Theatre Association. As you probably know we have now launched the association and need to build the profile of the project to acquire and run a theatre for non-professional use in Derby. We would appreciate your site having a link to our site at www.derbynewtheatre.co.uk and of course with your permission include a reciprocal link back .If you have the space and the time we would also appreciate an article on the Association which will again help to raise the profile. We can supply you with Press Releases which will aid you if you wish. And finally we would like you to bring our website, and particularly the membership section, to the attention of your members. We need revenue in order to push the project forward and we hope to be able to earn some through private and commercial membership. Details can be found at www.derbynewtheatre.co.uk . Together we can make this exciting project a success!.....Regards ....Simon

Hi, I am from The Hills Players, an amateur theatre group in Brisbane, Australia.
We are very keen to perform "It's a Girl" by John Burrows. A search of the internet was fruitless - the internet bookstores have no copies - it's out of print! My surfing also found your site, because your Players performed the play some years ago. Is there any way you can help us - can we buy, copy or borrow a copy of the script - if you still have it in your archives! Or anh help on where we may find a copy? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Perhaps you would like to visit our web site at www.hillsplayers.com - your's is great!
Looking forward to hearing from you.
regards,
Jim Hammond

I would like to explore the possibility of joining. I have had a little acting experience in amateur productions with St. Oswald's Players, Ashbourne. Am now looking to join a larger group.

Regret that dark type on dark background makes your site very difficult to read especially when searching for info. such as membership possibilities.
